Now it's mine.
This was for one of our projects at college, it was a live brief for D&AD competition for the Metro.
We had to design and create our own advertisment campaign for the Metro, so I created this poster for my campaign, it's almost a mosaic, so yeah, I'm not that new to the mosaic theme.
They aint mine...
Just a few examples of what I was 'trying' to accomplish with my last idea, I might want to go ahead and use that idea for my FMP I still think it will work.
Trees unite!
My second idea for my FMP project is still on the 'tree' subject but not so much on my family tho.
I think I'm pushing it with this one but the image in my head of the produced piece looks interesting to try and create, it again a massive peice of thousands of different photos of trees,
and digitally I would bring lay all the photos to create a mosaic of a tree or typography.
I played around with this idea abit on illustrator but not using photos of trees but just with any photos I could find on my pc, the results weren't too good, it looked more pixel than old 8-bit graphics. It also crashed my pc when I was trying to save it, becasue I had copied and pasted the pictures alot.
So I was not happy with the test, I might need to plan it out abit more, and remind myself that the piece is going to be made of photos of trees so it could add some colour to the piece.
I'm going to need some more planning on this one.

The family Tree.
I started planning out what I'm going to do for my FMP on Dna, and I thought that maybe looking at my family tree might hold some ideas for what I can do for my project.
One of my main ideas was to create a very big piece of art work, meaning I planning to go traditional, paints, inks, charcoal and other mixed media. The size is meant to be 'big' I mean four A2 papers taped together.
The content of my work would be a massive detailed drawing of a tree with drawings of some of my
family memebers sitting in the tree.
The idea is still floating around in my head and was the first idea to pop into my head since the mention of the FMP.
I might need to gather some reffrence material to work with, deffinatly for my family members, I'm going to need some family photos.
I will post some more ideas soon.

Dna Code
One of those books on Dna code, or information. Yes that is text, it's basically all the information Dna holds and remember there was a whole bookshelf of these books.
Dna Fmp
Some images from our London trip to Welcome Collection for our Final Major Project, was based on Identity, and there were a lot of abstract ideas representing identity.
Just a random picture, I thought the illustrations were interesting, has nothing to do with identity or dna but I thought I could use the style for one of my own idea.
I like the fact that this was made of Mosquitoes or some kind of insect, if it was mosquitoes it would make sense since they take up most of the world, and also carry loads of types of blood.
A really obscure skeleton, I like the fact that it, to me looks like roots of a plant, I also do enjoy the way that it is framed, with the black background, creating a contrast between the black and white. 
A double helix, with neeeeeon! Woooo. Well I guess it's the first thing to come to mind when you think Dna, pretty simple concept really.
The image below, was a collection of books that contained DNA information, all fonts used almost 6pt size, and these books were filled! We're talking every page. I could use coding for my Fmp I might have to look into it a bit more.
