this is great work man, i know you said that the transforming thing would make the whole after effects crowded, but its really not the problem dude, you would get a much smoother and neat animation with that much focus on each limb of your character, like the way the head moves while they are walking makes the animation much more brilliant. but whatever you decide to do in the end anyways will be awesome, 'cause your doing it! brill. work dude!
